Submission of Online Admission Form and Payment of Fees

Following is the schedule for submission of online admission form.

Regular Fee: From 26 December 2024 to 6 February 2025.
Double Fee: From 7 February 2025 to 20 February 2025.
Triple Fee: From 21 February 2025 to 29 February 2025.

Guidelines for Submission of Online Admission Form:

1. Institutions should upload the online admission form on or before the specified last date along with bank challan/receipt of deposited fee on FBISE portal to avoid additional fee or form rejection.
2. Heads of institutions should submit a separate online admission form for candidates appearing/passing the HSSC Part-I examination from a board other than FBISE with attested HSSC-I result card.
3. Only completed entry forms (drafts) will be accepted.
4. HSSC Part-II candidates can re-appear in any number of HSSC Part-I and Part-II by specifying the required documents in the admission form.
5. Candidates applying under the disability category should specify their accessibility requirements at the time of form submission. Otherwise, they will not be entertained.
6. Orphans, disabled candidates, prisoners and ‘martyrs‘ wards are exempted from examination fee (must upload proof).
7. In case of difficulties, institutes/candidates may contact FBISE IT Programmer/Assistant during office hours.
8. Private candidates converting from regular to private category have to upload college leaving certificate along with online admission form after obtaining permission from FBISE.
9. Candidates participating in additional subjects with practical component must provide completion certificate from an affiliated institution.
10. Candidates with failed/improved papers in Part I or Part II will have to pay the full fee for the respective part.
11. IBCC cases require submission of online admission form along with scanned copy of original equivalence certificate.
12. Contact the designated phone number during office hours for IBCC cases in two or three subjects in Part I or Part II.
13. Scanned copy of permission slip issued by ‘Research and Academic‘ Department of FBISE must be uploaded if Pakistani Culture is chosen instead of Urdu Compulsory.
14. Private candidates who have passed SSC and HSSC Part-I from a board other than FBISE have to submit the attested HSSC-I result card and scanned copy of NOC/migration certificate along with the online admission form.
15. Unregistered private candidates have to upload a photograph with blue or white background in the prescribed space of the admission form.
16. Candidates can improve grades/marks with multiple opportunities within four years of HSSC-II examination before attaining higher qualification.
17. Change of subjects/group is not allowed after submission of admission form on online portal of FBISE.
18. Ex/Private candidates should ensure that the information given in the admission form is correct. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Note: Candidates are responsible to download and print their roll number slip from FBISE website before the examination. Admission forms sent to personal WhatsApp numbers have no legal status.
